Client Details

Client has a diverse multi-family and commercial construction portfolio providing general contractor services throughout the Austin area as well as multiple other markets. Projects include: multifamily, K12, industrial, hospitality, and higher education.

Description

• Material procurement and ordering
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

• Construction experience in Multi-family construction required: High Rise, Garden Style, Podiums, Wrap
• Prove consistent work history
• 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
• Must have experience and familiar with Procore
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
