Description
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the construction process.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment for project bidding.
- Evaluate project scope and work with teams to establish accurate project timelines and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and approve change orders, adjusting cost estimates as necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate cost-related issues.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
Profile
- 5+ years construction experience
- Ability to run light commercial and retail builds with autonomy
- Ability to build relationships with key clients
- Strong estimating abilities
- Positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with relevant technology
- Passion for construction
