Paralegal
This paralegal role focuses on managing all stages of discovery for major litigation matters, partnering closely with attorneys, clients, vendors, and legal technology teams. It blends technical expertise, project management, and case‑team leadership to ensure discovery workflows run seamlessly.

Description
- Lead discovery workflows from end to end, including document review, productions, privilege logs, and deposition preparation.
- Act as the central coordinator between legal teams, clients, vendors, and internal technology staff for data collection, processing, and review.
- Use advanced eDiscovery tools to search, analyze, and organize large volumes of electronic data.
- Track review progress, prepare metrics and reports, and develop technology-driven efficiencies for case teams.
- Support key litigation milestones by preparing chronologies, managing evidentiary materials, and assisting with interviews, depositions, hearings, and trials.
Profile
- Brings significant experience managing complex eDiscovery matters, including hands-on use of Relativity and other litigation support platforms.
- Demonstrates strong project-management skills with the ability to lead workflows, juggle shifting priorities, and mentor junior staff.
- Exceptional analytical skills, close attention to detail, and confidence navigating high-volume, fast-paced litigation environments.
- Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable leveraging technology to create efficient, creative solutions.
- Communicates clearly, collaborates seamlessly across teams, and handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
