Description
The Senior PM will be responsible for:
- Running water/wastewater projects start to finish
- Using softwares including: Procore, B2W, Primavera
- Overseeing superintendents and assisting with managing job-wide activities
- Developing support of excavation plans, bypass plans, traffic management plans, etc.
- Reviewing and approving daily field logs
- Setting up and managing all job-related files, data, photos, etc.
- Managing all job correspondence, RFIs, change orders, and submittals
- Managing vendor pricing and awarding contracts
- Managing subcontractor pricing and awarding contracts
- Reviewing and approving all job-related invoices
- Creating project schedules and cash flows
- Updating project budgets
- Serving as the RJV Construction contact with the owner and engineer
- Attending job-related meetings
- Reviewing, preparing, and approving monthly pay requisitions
- Updating and reviewing monthly schedules with the Field Operations Manager and superintendents
- Commuting to Canton, MA
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- 7+ years of experience working as a PM (water/wastewater projects)
- Proficient in Procore
- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Demonstrates good judgement and professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
- Attention to detail, can produce quality work on strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
