Description
The Project Manager - Multi-storied Corporate Interiors - NoVA will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, to achieve key objectives.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
- Ensuring seamless communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders for project success.
- Creating detailed project plans that outline timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Enforcing quality standards to ensure final outcomes meet all requirements.
- Conducting regular status meetings to provide updates and gather stakeholder input.
- Managing budgets and schedules to deliver projects on time while exceeding client expectations.
Profile
The Project Manager - Multi-storied Corporate Interiors - NoVA will have:
- Proven track record of leading successful projects, ideally within a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- Effective leadership to inspire teams and drive collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and resources.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities.Skilled in project management tools, software, and industry technologies.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and keep projects on track.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving project demands.
- Experienced in risk assessment, mitigation, and ensuring project success.
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Multi-storied Corporate Interiors - NoVA will receive:
- $10K annual car allowance.
- Profit-based bonuses tied to project profitability.
- 18 days of PTO.
- In-office role with regular site visits.
- Focus on large-scale interior projects, including corporate offices, law firms, and retail spaces, typically 40,000+ sqft and
- multi-floor.
