Project Manager - Boston Metrowest - Senior Housing
This role involves leading and managing multiple construction projects across New England, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly delivery while coordinating with clients and overseeing quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include project planning, team mentorship, budget management, and maintaining documentation in Procore.

- Specialize in multifamily, town homes, senior living, and additional commercial projects up to $60m
Description
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects ranging from $500k to $15M+ in value.
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Direct and mentor a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and project alignment.
- Implement and monitor quality control and safety standards across all project phases.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize Procore to maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking.
Profile
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Renovation experience
- Experience in multifamily, senior housing, daycare or general commercial projects up to $40M
- Has a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Proficient with Procore
- Experience on ground up and renovation projects
- Commutable to Metrowest area
