Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, primarily within professional and financial services functions

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies

• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

• Screen candidates and manage the interview process from initial contact through offer stage

• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Maintain accurate pipelines and recruiting data within the ATS

• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions

Profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required

• Experience recruiting within financial services, professional services, or similar high-performance environments strongly preferred

• Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

• Experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident presence
