Description

  • Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
  • Draft, edit, and file legal documents with state and federal courts
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and travel logistics
  • Maintain organized client files and assist with billing and timekeeping
  • Handle client intake, document review, and case closing procedures
  • Route communications and support office operations as needed
  • Perform general clerical duties and adapt to evolving team needs

Profile

  • 3-12 years of commercial litigation experience; federal court exposure preferred
  • Minimum 3 years supporting 5+ attorneys, ideally at an Am Law 100 firm
  • Stable work history with 3+ years at each prior organization
  • Proficient in ECF filing, docketing, calendaring, and litigation procedures
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and legal document systems
  • Willing to travel and work overtime as needed
