Construction Project Manager - Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a motivated and highly communicative Project Manager to join our established team. With a significant increase in our life sciences and healthcare portfolio, we're looking for a candidate who can contribute immediately and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic and expanding organization.

A Top 100 ENR Firm with multiple offices around the Carolinas. With over 100 years in business, they are known for their well-run business, and strong client relationships. Projects range from Healthcare, Lifescience, Public, Industrial, Corporate, and Higher-Education.
Description
Oversee project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance.
Monitor budgets and cost controls, identifying and addressing potential overruns.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and field staff.
Profile
- 6+ years of Construction Experience
- Ideally Healthcare or Lifescience project background
- Strong communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- Construction related degree
