Description

• Oversee project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient execution.

• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance.

• Monitor budgets and cost controls, identifying and addressing potential overruns.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and field staff.

Profile

• 6+ years of Construction Experience
• Ideally Healthcare or Lifescience project background
• Strong communication skills
• Technologically savvy
• Construction related degree
