This reputable general contractor is local to Miami-Dade's construction market. They have made a strong name for themselves and value a strong company culture environment. They work throughout residential and commercial construction, but are actively seeking a talented Senior Project Manager in the Healthcare sector to work in Dade county.
Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulations (AHCA).
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide leadership in problem-solving and risk management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and safety.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
- Proven experience with AHCA guidelines and healthcare-specific construction regulations.
- Ground up and renovation experience in hospitals, medical clinics, medical offices, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish & English.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
