Legal Secretary
This firm is seeking an experienced and professional Legal Secretary to support one of our Equity Member Attorneys. This is a key role for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of working in a high-touch legal practice. The position is fully onsite at our Greenwich, CT office.

Description
- Provide high-level administrative and legal support to one Equity Member Attorney
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, legal documents, wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
- Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and physical
- Manage attorney's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointments
- Handle time entry, billing assistance, and expense reporting
- Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, and outside counsel
- Assist with document filing and retrieval, including document production and execution
- Ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and care
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Trusts & Estates
- Strong knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel), document management systems, and time entry software
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and discretion when interacting with high-net-worth clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
