Assistant Project Manager, Interiors

Description

• Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from procurement and scheduling to final closeout.

• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control using platforms like Procore.

• Assist in budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining project timelines.

• Attend site meetings, track progress, and support communication between field teams and office staff.

• Help maintain safety standards, quality control, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• 1-3 years of construction experience, ideally in interior or fit-out projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
