Assistant Project Manager, Interiors

Description
Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from procurement and scheduling to final closeout.
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control using platforms like Procore.
Assist in budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining project timelines.
Attend site meetings, track progress, and support communication between field teams and office staff.
Help maintain safety standards, quality control, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
1-3 years of construction experience, ideally in interior or fit-out projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
