• Projects up to $50M

Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and maintain documentation.
• Overseeing up to 4 team members

Profile

• Experience with Design Build Construction
• Prefer degree in Construction Management, Development, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in the Construction industry
• Role will oversee multiple employees, comfortable with team environment and management
• Be commutable to Belmont, NH
• Experience with Procore and other related construction software
