Investor Relations Associate - Real Estate
Our client, a real estate investment firm, seeks a highly motivated individual to help fund raising and lead strategic growth initiatives, keeping executive leadership informed through accurate and timely reporting and communications. The primary focus is supporting strong investor relationships.
Client Details
The client is a real estate investor that focuses on finding unique high potential real estate acquisition opportunities in the sunbelt markets. Investors are typically institutions with some high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. The Investor Relations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting raising capital for a new fund.
Description
Newly created Investor Relations Associate position where the incumbent will support strategic growth initiatives with the Firm's existing investor base. The primary focus is the development of strong investor relationships. This effort includes developing and executing the firm's strategic investor marketing initiatives, assisting with preparing documents for new investments, managing investor pipelines, preparing internal fund raising status presentations, designing and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral. Other duties include but not limited to:
- Prepare Excel due diligence questionnaires, written responses to RFPs (requests for proposal), and responses to ad-hoc investor requests
- Create and implement a investor development strategy to help fund new business goals
- Develop and execute a plan to expand the existing investor base, prioritizing key relationships
- Serve as a key point of contact between existing and prospective investors and the firm.
- Be the first point of contact for existing investor base.
- Create marketing and branding materials using graphic design and assist with web design, ensuring all materials are compliant with legal guidelines.
- Own and manage the firm's technology platform for investors (e.g. Investor Portal) and support SEO efforts
As this is a newly created position, our client is looking for someone who has the experience and creativity to carve out their own niche.
Profile

Job Offer
There is no set 'budget' as this is a newly created position, but the firm expects to compensate in the $90,000 to $110,000 range on the base. There will be ample opportunity and incentives based on capital raised and equity deployed by this individual/the firm. Our client will also consider someone at an Analyst level, which will have a commensurate salary range of $75,000 to $90,000.
