Construction - MEP Superintendent - Manhattan, NY
Construction - MEP Superintendent - Manhattan, NY will be responsible for the oversight and completion of Mechanical Electrial and Plumping portions of large scale Public construction projects throughout New York, New York.

Our client is currently a leading General Contractor in the New York City Building and Construction industry. They have been an established for for 30+ years focusing on Large Public, MTA, NYCTA, DDC, projects throughout New York City. Description
Construction - MEP Superintendent - Manhattan, NY
- Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team
- Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project
- Maintain and manage all job site activities
- Be the Superintendent on a NYC public works projects for agencies like the SCA, MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more
Profile
- Construction - MEP Superintendent - Manhattan, NY
- 7+ years of Experience working at a General Contractor
- Experience working for the GC on large scale projects for the following NYC agencies
New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; NYC Schools Construction Authority.
- Experience handling 100% of projects
- Local to New York, NY
- Must have experience building in New York City
- Construction Management or equivalent degree
- $150k- $180k
- DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA - REQUIRED
