Description

• Prepare and review loan closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and clients to facilitate smooth loan closings.
• Analyze and verify loan terms, conditions, and funding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of loan closing activities and documentation.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closing process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Provide support for post-closing activities, including audits and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.

Profile

A successful Commercial Loan Closer should have:

• Experience in closing large loans ($30M+) within the banking and financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for loan processing.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards achieving team goals.
