Superintendent- Luxury Apartments

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the construction of a high-rise luxury apartment building exceeding 30 stories in the heart of Miami. This role requires proven expertise managing large-scale, high-rise projects from ground-up through completion.

Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations for a high-rise luxury apartment project (30+ stories).

• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards at all phases of construction.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.

• Proactively address challenges to minimize delays and drive solutions.

• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on high-rise luxury residential projects (30+ stories).

• Strong technical knowledge of concrete, structural systems, and high-rise building processes.

• Proven leadership skills to manage large teams and subcontractors effectively.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on safety and quality.
