Superintendent- High-Rise Construction

Description

• Oversee daily field operations for a high rise multifamily project from groundbreak to closeout.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure schedules are met.

• Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards in line with company and OSHA requirements.

• Review and interpret construction documents, ensuring all work aligns with plans and specifications.

• Communicate progress and challenges to project managers and executives regularly.

• Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain momentum.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in high rise multifamily construction, with at least two projects valued over $100M completed from start to finish. They will be a proven leader who thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional communication skills, and has a deep understanding of construction sequencing and high rise logistics. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and schedule integrity is essential.
