Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support new product introductions and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to resolve technical issues.
• Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze production data and apply lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.).
• Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity-enhancing initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
