Payroll and Benefits Specialist
This position will be responsible for supporting the HR Operations team and be part of a larger 9 person HR team. The team is very collaborative and they have a great culture.
Client Details
They are an international luxury goods organization. This role will be specifically supporting their US & Canada business.
Description
- Enter new employee information in their HRIS
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Reporting for payroll
- Manage HRIS information
- Respond to day to day payroll & benefits questions from employees
- Maintain all employee records for holiday and sick leave
- Work on LOA and accommodations
- Work on Payroll projects
Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ YOE within Payroll, Benefits or HR Operations
- Ability to go into the office 4 days a week in NYC
- Excel
