Description

The Lead Superintendent - 300 Unit Renovation Project is responsible for the following

• Manage all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation, to meet project goals.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, while maintaining quality standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, enforcing safety protocols, and conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and approvals.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - 300 Unit Renovation Project will have the following skillset

• Minimum of 10 years of field experience in the commercial construction industry
• OSHA 30 preferred
• MA CSL Required
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and direct on-site project teams to successful completions
• Experience on public projects is highly preferred
• Familiar with site work is a plus - though not required for this specific project
• Experience on ground-up projects preferred but not required
