The Quality Engineer ensures that all enclosures manufactured meet strict quality standards by developing inspection processes, analyzing production data, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and inspection processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Monitor product quality through data collection, analysis, and reporting; recommend improvements based on findings.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer specifications are met.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes (CAPA).
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Maintain documentation for quality processes, procedures, and compliance records.
• Support new product development by assessing potential quality risks and requirements.
• Train team members on quality standards and best practices.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role, preferably in enclosure or metal fabrication industries.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma).
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards is preferred.
