Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
