Manufacturing Manager - Industrial - Rochester, NH

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. This position plays a key role in driving improvements, aligning operational resources, and operational productivity and efficiency.

Description

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and coordinate all activities across the production operation.
  • Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Achieve company goals and milestones across value streams.
  • Implement and sustain safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor production teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and materials procurement.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience with 7+ years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational best practices including Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage production workflows effectively.
  • Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Technical proficiency in production management systems and tools.
