Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare and Education - Raleigh will take on the below responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Support project managers in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Review and ensure compliance with project contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Assist with coordinating regulatory requirements and maintaining communication with the NC State Construction Office.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in developing solutions.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure project safety protocols are followed and assist with maintaining a safe job site.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by supporting a hands-on, collaborative work environment.

Profile

The sucessful Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare and Education - Raleigh will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in project controls and managing schedules.
  • 2+ years of tenure at top ENR firms is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience on large-scale commercial, healthcare, or education construction projects, with the ability to prioritize and meet milestones.
  • Familiarity with contracts and the NC State Construction Office.
  • Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of project management software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with teams and clients.
  • Passionate and committed to joining a growing office with a hands-on mentality.
