The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for being a key player in sustaining and new product development production for essential technology in the healthcare space.

Client Details

This company is coming off a record-breaking 2024 and continues to grow rapidly. Backed by a global organization, they've launched several new initiatives that have fueled a 10% workforce expansion and opened doors to new healthcare partnerships. As they build on this momentum, they're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer-a key hire to support their continued success and innovation.

Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Shape the way our products are built - driving innovation in assembly and manufacturing.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, jumping in to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges fast.
  • Partner with Quality to uncover root causes and build proactive solutions that stick.
  • Use data to boost efficiency, cut waste, and unlock peak performance on the floor.
  • Design and refine the tools, fixtures, and equipment that keep production running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with engineers to bring bold new product designs into reality.
  • Review drawings, provide hands-on input, and influence how products are built from day one.
  • Take ownership of product changes, ensuring every update is implemented seamlessly.
  • Create safe, smart, and operator-friendly processes that raise the bar for production.
  • Support inspection, testing, and packaging to make sure every part leaving our facility is top quality.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring we always get the right parts at the right quality.

Profile

The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have what follows:

  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Electromechincal experience is a PLUS
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Exposure to machining and/or precision mechanical assembly (bonus points if you've spent time on the shop floor).
  • Working knowledge of CMM inspection equipment and how to leverage it for accuracy.
  • A solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and awareness of regulatory requirements like RoHS and REACH.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel for tracking and analyzing data.
