CRM Data Analyst

We seek a CRM Data Analyst to support our client's recent Salesforce implementation by identifying and resolving duplicate and inconsistent data across the system. This role requires someone who can bring a strategic, systems-level approach to data hygiene and help shape long-term data management practices.

Description

• Support the ongoing Salesforce implementation by leading efforts to analyze, clean, and organize large datasets

• Identify and resolve duplicate records and fragmented data stored across multiple sources

• Develop a systematic, strategic approach to data hygiene that improves long-term data quality and usability

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape and implement scalable data governance practices across the organization

THIS ROLE IS HYBRID!!

Profile

• Proven experience in data cleansing and a strong attention to detail, with a background in data operations or analytics roles

• Familiarity with CRM systems and data structures, with direct experience supporting Salesforce implementations or migrations

• Ability to build user-friendly dashboards that effectively visualize and communicate insights from large datasets

• Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate data validation, transformation, and quality checks
