As they continue to grow, they're seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a background in general contracting or development to play a key role in delivering world-class projects.
Description
Key Responsibilities of the Multifamily Project Manager:
Perform profit and loss evaluations to ensure financial health of projects
Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
Support the growth and development of project staff
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
Provide clear guidance and support to on-site personnel
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
Oversee and manage all project-related financial documentation
Collaborate closely with the Superintendent to ensure project success
Report directly to the Vice President of Construction
Profile
What Makes a Successful Multifamily Project Manager:
7-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record of success
Hands-on experience managing ground-up multifamily or luxury residential projects
Background working with a General Contractor or Real Estate Developer
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tools
OSHA 30-hour certification
CPR, First Aid, and AED training
Active involvement in industry associations and professional networks
LEED Accreditation is a plus
