This real estate development company is well known in the Miami area and works with some of the top general contractors. This developer focuses on very high end/ luxury projects, $100M+, in the multifamily/ residential sector. They are looking to add a qualifiied project manager with GC/ development background to their growing team.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of project management for a luxury high-rise multifamily development in West Palm Beach.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure project specifications align with luxury standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Facilitate communication between the Miami-based office and the project site to ensure seamless coordination.
• Manage project risks and implement solutions to address challenges effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Management or a related field REQUIRED
• Minimum 8-10 years of project management and related experience REQUIRED
• 5 years of management experience REQUIRED
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Previous projects need to be in Luxury multifamily residential REQUIRED
• Need to have worked in projects worth $100 million+ in total value REQUIRED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish PREFFERED
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
