Project Manager - Luxury High Rise - Miami, FL
- Project Manager to join a top-tier development firm specializing in luxury multifamily residential projects.
Seeking a proactive problem-solver with a track record of managing $100M+ luxury developments and enjoy leading complex projects from concept to close-out.
Client Details
This real estate development company is well known in the Miami area and works with some of the top general contractors. This developer focuses on very high end/ luxury projects, $100M+, in the multifamily/ residential sector. They are looking to add a qualifiied project manager with GC/ development background to their growing team.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of assigned development projects-from acquisition and design through construction and turnover
Own and manage project budgets, pro formas, and cost tracking against target benchmarks
Oversee project schedules and ensure on-time delivery across acquisition, permitting, construction, marketing, sales/leasing, and handover
Manage contractor performance, project consultants, and internal teams to ensure consistent delivery excellence
Serve as liaison with community stakeholders, lenders, consultants, legal and insurance representatives, and government entities
Coordinate financial underwriting, compliance, and loan processes
Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and sales teams to align brand and construction objectives
Execute timely project reporting for internal leadership and external partners
Manage legal and insurance compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field
8-10 years of project management experience, including 5 years in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated success managing luxury multifamily residential projects valued at $100M+
Deep understanding of full project lifecycle, from feasibility to turnover
Strong skills in budget management, scheduling, and contractor oversight
PMP certification (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Offer
