Global Benefits & Payroll Manager | Remote East Coast | $110k
The Global Benefits & Payroll Manager will be responsible for the administration and management of the firm's benefits and payroll programs. This role reports into the Global Head of Human Resources and supports an employee population of 300 full-time staff.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all tasks related to the company's benefits and payroll administration to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Human Resources and team to manage the annual open enrollment process.
- Develop and implement a global benefits strategy that is competitive, operationally efficient, and helps attract and retain top talent.
- Assess the costs and pricing of benefits programs, offering recommendations to ensure they are both competitive and cost-effective.
- Manage relationships with health and welfare providers to ensure optimal service delivery, while negotiating favorable contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with regional and local laws concerning benefits.
- Apply relevant regional and local laws to guide payroll administration practices.
- Maintain the benefits portal on the company intranet, ensuring employees have easy access to up-to-date benefits information.
- Provide exceptional support to employees and foster strong business relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing benefit strategies, events, plan designs, and communication efforts.
- Oversee global payroll processing for employees and contractors.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets and reporting.
- Manage garnishments and ensure payroll funding is accurate.
- Address any payroll discrepancies and respond to related inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field.
- Over 7 years of experience in benefits and payroll administration within a global organization (ideally within professional services, consulting, or financial services industries)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with global benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, spending accounts, commuter benefits, retirement plans, short-term and long-term disability, voluntary and supplemental offerings, wellness programs, and COBRA.
- Experience managing leave of absence processes, working with third-party administrators to ensure timely, accurate administration in compliance with regional and local laws, and calculating pay and benefits during leave.
- Experience with 401(k) plan administration.
- Advanced expertise with payroll systems.
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems and procedures.
- Proficient in payroll policies and compliance regulations.
- Strong auditing skills, particularly in payroll functions.
- Skilled in resolving payroll discrepancies.
Job Offer
- Base salary: $75,000 - $110,000
