As the Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Triad you'll be at the heart of exciting, large-scale construction projects. You'll work closely with the Superintendent to drive the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Superintendent in managing daily construction operations and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
• Monitoring and maintaining safety standards and quality control throughout the construction process.
• Keeping projects on schedule by resolving issues and adapting to changing site conditions.
