We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee industrial tilt-up construction projects across Southern California. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in field operations, safety, and schedule management.

Description
Key Responsibilities for Tilt Up Superintendent - Orange County
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Supervise and manage construction crews, providing direction and support as needed.
- Monitor daily operations and address any issues that arise promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress updates to relevant parties.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
