Key Account Manager - Aerospace Components

Description
- Drive revenue growth with Engine & Nacelle and Regional Jet / Business Jet customers through new and existing opportunities.
- Serve as the customer advocate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, prioritize resources, and deliver results.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and execute comprehensive engagement plans.
- Own revenue forecasting and maintain accurate data in partnership with Account Managers; communicate risks proactively.
- Develop customer strategies to position Hexcel products competitively and align with product roadmaps.
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with Product Management to support growth initiatives.
- Participate in industry organizations to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage pursuits using CRM tools and communicate strategies effectively.
- Travel up to 50% domestically.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, chemical, mechanical engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in technical sales, ideally within aerospace composites; strong industry network a plus.
- Proven success in developing new business and managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of composite products, contract negotiations, supply chain, and project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering creative, profitable solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; adept at managing priorities in a matrix environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, Dynamics365, ERP/MRP systems.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000, depending on experience.
