Project Manager - Dallas Healthcare Construction

We are working with a top-rated builder in DFW, seeking an experienced Project Manager with a highlighted focus on healthcare projects to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in and a passion for assisting during all phases of a commercial construction project, both ground-up and/or renovations.

Description

The successful Project Manager will:

• Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
• Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
• Lead from the front to maintain their positive office culture
• Creates and reviews project schedules
• Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
• Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred
• Experience leading and assisting on healthcare construction projects
• Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
• Success driven
• Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
• Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
