Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful delivery.
- Work directly with the company's leadership to help shape the future of the construction division.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and overall project success.
Profile
- Qualified Experience in Construction Project Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
