Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for healthcare construction projects.

• Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols.

• Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and hospital administrators.

• Maintain strict quality control, scheduling, and budget management.

• Lead site teams to deliver high-quality, on-time project completions.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction (hospitals, medical offices, labs, etc.).

• Strong understanding of AHCA, ICRA, and other healthcare construction regulations.

• Ability to manage fast-paced, occupied-site environments with minimal disruption.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Track record of delivering high-quality, deadline-driven projects.
