Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations for healthcare construction projects.
Ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and hospital administrators.
Maintain strict quality control, scheduling, and budget management.
Lead site teams to deliver high-quality, on-time project completions.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction (hospitals, medical offices, labs, etc.).
Strong understanding of AHCA, ICRA, and other healthcare construction regulations.
Ability to manage fast-paced, occupied-site environments with minimal disruption.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Track record of delivering high-quality, deadline-driven projects.
