Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the high-end residential new construction project, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.

Description

• Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to project close-out
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure all construction activities comply with NYC building codes and regulations
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor progress, quality control, and site safety
• Identify and resolve any project risks, issues, or delays
• Manage communication between all stakeholders, keeping clients informed of project status

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction
• Proven track record of managing luxury residential new construction projects in NYC
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permits, and inspection processes
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
