Maintenance Manager - Food & Beverage

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant reliability and leading the TPM roadmap from start to finish. This role requires expertise in maintenance management, reliability, and food & beverage manufacturing processes.

Description

  • Develop and implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) roadmap to enhance plant reliability.
  • Lead and manage a multi-craft maintenance team in a quality-first, safety-driven environment.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance (CMMS) programs.
  • Analyze and improve key performance indicators, such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
  • Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and optimize high-speed packaging equipment, including fillers, cappers, conveyors, and batching systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including ammonia refrigeration, PSM, and boiler operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in maintenance management within the food & beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability practices, including TPM, PM, PdM, and CMMS systems.
  • Familiarity with high-speed packaging equipment, fillers, cappers, conveyors, and batching systems.
  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration, PSM, boilers, and safety compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills in an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in RCFA, FMEA, and process improvement initiatives.
