Description

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for projects ranging from $10M-$25M.
• Lead and mentor the estimating team while managing multiple bids.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and budgets.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Ensure competitive pricing and cost efficiency in all estimates.

Profile

• Experienced in commercial ground-up construction estimating.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and leading an estimating team.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction estimating software.
