Our client, one of the top multifamily builders in the Midwest, forecasts to have a record year in Wisconsin and therefore are looking to add a Project Manager. They need someone who embodies excellence each day to build on the great reputation they have already established in Wisconsin.

Description
- Implement the terms and conditions of the contract based on established systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage bidding, preparation of contract documents, and compliance with documentation and submittal processes.
- Oversee project close-out procedures.
- Manage project costs to remain within the owner's budget, including cost estimating, reporting, breakouts, pay requests, cash flow analysis, change orders, and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage the project schedule to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Identify major project components, their sequence, and durations using scheduling software.
- Schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and staffing while resolving time conflicts.
- Review, inspect, and test project systems, materials, documents, techniques, and workmanship for conformance to plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Oversee the Quality Control Plan, shop drawings, submittals, field inspections, material acceptance, and punch list completion.
- Implement and monitor procedures to protect the health and safety of jobsite employees, visitors, and the public.
- Maintain the jobsite safety plan, conduct safety inspections, and ensure subcontractor insurance and OSHA compliance.
- Keep current with OSHA training requirements.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through communication, client service, and performance.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and proposal materials.
Profile
- B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience constructing similar project types.
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, landscaping, and architectural plans as they relate to schedules, cost, performance, and aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work productively with clients, owners, project professionals, and field and office staff.
- Ability to proactively identify problems and propose possible solutions.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID.
- Ability to use the internet and Microsoft Office 365.
Job Offer
Compensation:
- Strong base ($100,000-$130,000)
- Vehicle allowance ($5,000-$10,000)
- All gas paid
