Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Profile
- 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience with commercial projects valued at $1M+
- Pre-construction experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for construction
