Site Superintendent - Commercial Construction
A growing team of a Rhode-Island-based General Contractor - looking to appoint an experienced Superintendent for their Commercial division. The role will focus on both commercial interiors and new construction across a well-rounded project portfolio including academic and higher-education work.

Description
The Responsibilities - Commercial Superintendent:
- Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project
- Bringing the project to completion on schedule and within budget
- Enforce all safety policies
- Work closely with the project management team
- Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors
Profile
The Successful Applicant - Commercial Superintendent:
- 7-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent (in Commercial ground-up construction preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- OSHA Certified - CSL Certification preferred
- Experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more
