Recruiter
As a Recruiter with 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support our continued growth and brand excellence. You will partner closely with hiring managers across various departments, specializing in beauty, cosmetics, retail, marketing, and corporate roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless recruitment process.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and help attract the best talent in the industry.
Description
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for a variety of roles within the luxury beauty and cosmetics sector.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to anticipate future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics, preparing regular reports on hiring activity and effectiveness.
Promote the employer brand by delivering a high-touch, professional candidate experience aligned with the luxury brand's standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best recruitment practices in the beauty and cosmetics space.
Profile
Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, or related industries.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles including sales, marketing, product development, corporate functions, and creative positions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities, with experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a superior candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- ATS Greenhouse experience highly prefered or oversaw an implementation of module build.
Job Offer

- Hybrid 3 days on site - Midtown Manhattan
- Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
