Accounts Payable Representative

The Accounts Payable Representative will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Description

• Review and process vendor invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of approved invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve billing inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Support the team in identifying process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Representative should have:

• Experience with SAP a MUST
• Full cycle AP experience
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
