Known for innovation and a collaborative culture, they specialize in ground-up multifamily, commercial, and healthcare projects ranging from $25M-$180M. The Key Responsibilities of the Project Executive:
- Provide executive oversight for large-scale projects ($50M-$125M+) from preconstruction through delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations to ensure financial success
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and high performance
- Oversee subcontractor negotiations and execution of agreements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks
- Support strategic initiatives, including business development and client retention
- Represent the company in high-level meetings and project presentations
Profile
What You Need to Succeed
- 10-15+ years of experience in construction management (SPM or PX level)
- Proven track record managing ground-up projects $50M-$100M+ (multifamily preferred)
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills; ability to lead complex teams
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Job Offer

- Base Salary: $175K-$225K (PX) or $165K-$190K (SPM ready for PX)
