Construction Project Manager Ground-Up Wood Frame Multifamily
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction and development projects from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact initiatives in one of the fastest-growing urban markets in the region.

Description
Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, budgeting, and scheduling through to execution and close-out
Team Leadership: Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Quality Control: Maintain strict control over project scope, cost, schedule, and quality benchmarks
Budget Oversight: Oversee permitting, procurement, and contract negotiation
Schedule Management: Anticipate and resolve project-related challenges, ensuring timely decision-making and risk mitigation
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Profile
8+ years of experience managing commercial or mixed-use construction or development projects
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar
Deep knowledge of construction methods, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and scheduling
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Comfortable managing multiple high-value projects in a fast-paced urban environment
Job Offer
Competitive base salary: up to 160K (depending on experience)
