My client is a highly specialized company delivering turnkey, design-build energy-saving projects. My clients focus is on upgrading and renovating facilities to reduce energy consumption, carbon footprints, and utility costs. Our work spans across the federal government, municipalities, universities, hospitality, and data centers. My clients is 1 of 60 ESCO's (Energy Service Companies) in the country. Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee national energy-saving renovation projects, ensuring smooth execution from preconstruction through project completion. Your role will involve:
- Leading preconstruction activities, including estimating and bidding.
- Managing all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Collaborating closely with the engineering team to develop energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, including OSHA 30 certification.
- Traveling to project sites as needed.
- Working with federal government clients, ensuring projects meet or exceed contract requirements.
Profile
- Proven experience in managing energy-efficiency projects, particularly in MEP and HVAC-heavy renovations.
- Experience with federal government projects is highly preferred.
- Strong background in estimating and bidding.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- LEED certification is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
