Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support two Project Managers and assist the development team on design and preconstruction for upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist PMs on active projects in VA and NC
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support development team with design input
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Profile
You're a motivated construction professional with multifamily experience who values collaboration and wants to grow with a small, dynamic team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in construction (PE or APM experience)
- Multifamily project experience (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with occasional travel (VA/MD weekly, NC monthly)
- Team-oriented and culture-focused
- Desire for long-term career growth
