Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support two Project Managers and assist the development team on design and preconstruction for upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist PMs on active projects in VA and NC
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Support development team with design input
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Profile

You're a motivated construction professional with multifamily experience who values collaboration and wants to grow with a small, dynamic team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in construction (PE or APM experience)
• Multifamily project experience (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with occasional travel (VA/MD weekly, NC monthly)
