Description

The Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities during multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients.
• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Profile

A successful Sr. Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:

• 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience in multifamily construction project management
• Ground up construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach to managing challenges and delivering results.
